As winter fades and the garden awakens, there is nothing quite like the thrilling arrival of spring and the vibrant, joyful blooms of the season’s first tulips!
Join us for an intimate 2hr creative retreat amongst the tulips at The Bulb Shed, an artisan flower farm tucked away in the Hampshire countryside, where you can slow down, observe, create & immerse yourself in the beauty of the season. This specialised workshop blends observational sketching, fluid watercolour painting and a grower’s insight into an artisan flower farm.
We’ll begin with a guided tour of the Bulb Shed, before moving into a sketching session amongst the tulip beds. This will be followed by a seat at the table for a watercolour painting session. You will learn techniques to capture the delicate form, colour and light of the tulips. After a break for locally sourced coffee & bakes, we will head back into the Bulb Shed for “A Grower’s Guide to Tulips" before collecting a wrapped bunch of speciality tulips to take away for your table at home. Whether you are looking to refine your watercolour technique or simply enjoy a creative getaway, you’ll receive gentle, personalised guidance throughout.

· Skill Level: All levels welcome 8yrs+
